Two different cultures are combined in this chocolate bar: dark 70% chocolate, made from cocoa beans from Peruvian communities of Kemito Ene, and Siberian pine nuts. Pine nuts protein content is 52 % (by comparison, chicken meat protein content is 49%), they also contain amino acids, trace elements such as copper, cobalt, manganese, zinc.
